Suntech Power Holdings Co., Ltd. announced on August 15 that the previous CEO of the Chinese photovoltaic group, Zhengrong Shi, will take over as head of the supervisory board and assume the position as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). His successor as CEO will be the former Chief Financial Officer, David King. Anlin Ting-Mason, who is the present Chief Financial Officer of Suntech America, will replace King as interim Chief Financial Officer. .
